How to resolve issues regarding your invoice

If you have any financial questions, you can contact our Credit Control Team by following these steps:

1. Open the ‘Finance’ tab in the Extranet, then select ‘Financial overview’.

2. Click on the ‘Send us a message’ button on the right-hand side of the page, found under ‘Payment information’.

3. A pop-up window will appear, where you can select the subject as ‘Invoices & Credit Control’.

4. You can consult the list of FAQs here, or continue to write us a message. Click ‘Send us a message’ and a member of our Credit Control team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
