To reset the password for your Booking.com account:
- Click Sign in to the Extranet in the top right corner of this page or sign in here.
- Go to Forgot your password?, where you can enter your login name and click Create new password to reset it.
If you’re locked out of your account after five failed attempts, you can still click on Forgot your password? and follow the steps above. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm your email address. Click Yes, create my password and you’ll get a link by email to reset it.
