Do you need to change the address of your property?
This can be easily done just by sending a message – follow the steps below:
- Go to the Inbox tab on your Extranet and select Property Details as the subject topic.
- Include your new address and the reason for the change. Your request will be reviewed by our team, and the change updated in the system.
- When your request is finalized, you can update it in the Account tab on your Extranet (found in the top right corner).
It’s important we know about an address change as quickly as possible, in order to avoid incorrect info showing on your Booking.com page and provide customers with the correct details.
We’ll review this info to make sure there aren't any discrepancies between your details and what we provide the customer with.
