How can I see how fast I'm responding to guests' messages?

Your reply score is a percentage that reflects how quickly you respond to messages sent by guests. You can see it on the Home and Reservations pages on your Extranet.

To get your score up to 100%, reply to all messages within 12 hours of receiving them.

The score is based on the last 14 days that you received messages these days do not have to be consecutive.
