How do I close out my availability on if my channel manager is down?

If you experience technical issues with your channel manager, contact your provider first.

If you can’t reach your provider and need to urgently close rooms on, contact us and we’ll close the rooms for you manually.

Then make sure you also inform your provider, so they can check your connection and refresh your data.

If the issue can’t be resolved quickly, we can also temporarily close your property on until your provider fixes the problem.
