How can I change channel managers?

If you want to change your channel manager, follow these steps below:

  1. Log on to your Extranet and click on the Account icon in the top right-hand corner. Select Channel Manager from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click the Deactivate button to cancel the connection to your provider. Check the agreement with your provider, since you might need to cancel the connection directly with them too.
  3. On the same page, you’ll be able to choose from one of our selected providers and set up an agreement with them.
