I recently set up a Genius rate, but I'm not receiving email notifications. What should I do?

It’s best to first check that these reservations are actually all Genius rates.

It might that a reservation hasn’t come through from your channel manager provider. If this is the case, contact them directly.

If this is a recurring issue, contact the Booking.com Connectivity Team using your Extranet inbox, so they can check your settings.
