Does Booking.com have access to the messages I send to guests?

We store all communication sent through Booking.com, and we can access this if you or the guest requests it. If strictly necessary, for security or legal reasons such as fraud detection and prevention, we'll also be able to access this information.

Booking.com isn’t responsible for content sent by partners or by guests, but if you feel any communication is inappropriate, suspicious, or contains spam, report this to us by clicking on the link at the end of the guest’s message.

We might analyze communication in order to improve this service. Remember that by using the communication feature, including communication with alias email addresses, all messages will be stored and can be accessed by Booking.com.
