We want to make sure that all our partners are aware of security – and that’s why we’ve set up verification processes, guaranteeing all the data on your Extranet is kept as secure as possible.
Some things to remember:
- If you contact us by phone, you’ll be asked for your property ID. This is a unique identification number given to you when you join Booking.com.
- Only partners who manage the property’s Extranet should have access to this. Don’t share this number with guests.
- You’ll also be asked to verify your property name.
- We’ll ask for your name and your role/position at the property/business. This is to ensure we're giving the correct access to the relevant person, and in case we need to follow up on the call.
