If you’re waiting on payment from the guest, you can get in touch with Customer Service via your inbox, or by calling your local customer service number.


- We always offer the guest 24 hours to provide payment. If they don’t respond within that time, you’ll have the option to cancel the booking.

- You won’t pay commission for this booking and it will automatically be put back on sale.
