When a reservation is made on Booking.com, it's confirmed immediately, and it’s not possible to reject reservations.
As soon as the guest completes their booking, you’ll receive confirmation by email or in the Pulse app.

You can also check the Reservation tab on the Extranet, where you can search by arrival or departure date, as well as the date the booking was made.
You can also use the Pulse app to view your upcoming bookings.
