How do I report a no-show?

It’s easy to let us know about a no-show, either on the Extranet or in the Pulse app. Just take a look at the steps below:

  1. Click on the Reservations tab on the Extranet and select the number of a specific reservation.
  2. Click Mark as a no-show on the right-hand side of the page. This will be saved as a cancellation.
  3. You and the guest will receive a confirmation email.

You can also go to the Bookings tab in the Pulse app, click on a specific reservation, and click Mark as a no-show.

The Mark as a no-show button is available for 48 hours, starting at midnight after the confirmed check-in date.


You should always let us know about any no-shows so you’re not charged commission for these bookings.
