Where can I see messages sent between my property and the guest?

You can view all communication between the guest and your property on the Extranet:

1. Click the Reservations tab on the Extranet and select date filters to help you find the booking.

2. Click on the appropriate guest name or reference number and you’ll be able to see all messages under Guest communication.
