How to log on:
- Go to the Booking.com Extranet
- Enter your login name and password
- Select your language and log on
Did you forget your login name?
If you have one property, your login name is your property ID number. If you don't remember your property ID, try getting in touch with your local support team – they'll be able to retrieve this information for you.
For multiple property partners, your login name is your group name, unless otherwise noted in correspondence from Booking.com. If possible, have your property ID number ready when you contact your local support team.

Resetting your password:
Click on Forgot your password? where you can enter your login name and select Create new password to reset it.
If you were locked out of your account after five failed attempts, you can still click on Forgot your password? and follow the steps above. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm your email address. Click Yes, create my password and you’ll receive a link via email to reset it.

How to log on to the Booking.com Extranet:
If you’re a first-time user, contact your local team to create a login name.
If you recently signed up to Booking.com and you’re experiencing trouble logging in, contact your local team– they'll be happy to help.
After your login is created, you’ll get an email with a link so you can reset your password. Click on the link and follow the instructions provided.
Passwords should be at least eight characters long, using both numbers and letters. Remember that they’re case sensitive.
After your password is reset, the next step is to verify your device. The email sent to you will include instructions on how to do this.
You can also call your local team to do this over the phone.

After you log on to the Booking.com Extranet, you’ll have access to all the information displayed on your page, including prices, rooms and rates, photos, texts and reviews.
You’ll also see a record of past and upcoming reservations, options for setting up deals and improving your sales, as well as useful figures showing customer satisfaction with your property.
