If you don’t accept credit cards, you’ll need to contact the guest to set up payment to your bank account.
To keep this as simple and as smooth as possible, it’s best to provide a deadline for payment and inform the guest of this.
If you accept credit cards, you can charge a deposit or prepayment to the card the customer booked with. The amount should be the same as the amount stated in the booking conditions.
Always make sure your payment policies are up to date (you can check these in the Property tab, then Policies in the Extranet).
You can also add this information to The Fine Print section of your page bu clicking on the Property tab, then selecting Request changes to your description.
