Do you need to provide the guest with special check-in information?
If you don’t have a front desk/reception, or you need to make sure the guest has certain details, you can add this to The fine print section of your page. Just follow the steps below:
- Go to the Property tab in the Extranet and select Request changes to your description. Then scroll down to The fine print.
- You can send the guest a message by clicking on the Reservations tab in the Extranet and clicking on their name or reservation number. You’ll see a box under Guest communication where you can message them. You can also give them a call.
It’s best to get in touch with the guest as quickly as possible. Closer to check-in, they may be traveling and have limited access to their emails and phone.
