How can I add a meal plan option, or make changes to one that’s already set up?

You can add breakfast, lunch or dinner options to your room rates, then make any necessary changes to your prices. Log on to the Extranet and follow these steps:

1. Click on the Property Details tab and select Activities, facilities & services.

2. Scroll down to Meals and select which meals you want to offer, as well as the prices that apply.

3. Click Save when you’re done.

If you want to create a rate that includes a meal, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Rates & Availability and select Rate categories.

2. You can either click Edit to edit any of the existing rates, or click Add new Rate category to create a new rate.

3. Under the Which meal plan section, check the box next to any meal plan that you want to include in the rate.

4. Click Review rate category, and then select Save rate category in the next step.
