How can I add or make changes to a meal plan?

Depending on your property type’s most common needs, you’ll have either basic or advanced options to add a meal. Follow the steps for the option that matches what you see on the Extranet.

  • Add/edit a meal that's included in prices or payable on arrival

1. Click on the Property tab and select Facilities & Services.

2. 
Scroll down to add or update any necessary information.

3. Click Save when you’re done.

  • Add/edit a meal for specific room rates


1. Click on
Rates & Availability and select Rate Categories.

2. You can either click Edit to edit any of the existing rates or click Add new Rate Category to create a new rate.

3. In the Which meals? section, check any meal plan that you want included in the rate.

4. Click Review Rate Category and then select Activate Rate Category in the next step.
