Have an urgent question and need to call us? Call the dedicated phone number* found in your Extranet Inbox. For questions about reservations, press "1" to reach the customer service team. For other issues, follow the voice prompts to get in touch with the right department.

If you can’t log in to your Extranet, contact one of our teams to help you with this.

English-speaking lines are available 24 hours a day, and other languages are available Monday through Friday.

 

Have a specific financial question?

Call the dedicated finance phone number* found in the Financial Overview section of the Finance tab on your Extranet. Note that our finance team is available during business hours, Monday to Friday only.

*These phone lines are available to current partners of Booking.com only, which is why we share them privately. Make sure you write these numbers down or save them to your own phone.
