Send us a message through the Extranet Inbox tab, or send a note with the Pulse app under the More tab. We’ll try to get back to you within 24 hours. Get even quicker answers by using the right subject in your message.
Got an urgent question and need to call us? Then call the dedicated phone number* found under the Extranet's Inbox tab.
For questions about reservations, press "1" to reach the customer service team. For any other issues, follow the voice prompts to get to the right department.

Have a specific financial question?
Call the dedicated finance phone number* in the Financial Overview section of the Finance tab on the Extranet. Keep in mind that our finance team is only available during business hours, Monday to Friday.
*These phone lines are only available to current partners of Booking.com, which is why we share them privately.
