Setting up derived pricing
Derived pricing is a feature that allows you to automatically set rates for rooms with multiple occupancy options. All you need to do is create a standard rate for the base or maximum occupancy of a given room. Then the system automatically adjusts the price of the room when occupancy increases or decreases by adding or subtracting a percentage per person.
If you want your rates to change automatically according to the room occupancy, first you have to activate a feature called derived pricing.
If you don't have this function, our Accommodation Services team will have to adjust your Extranet settings. You can reach out to your local support center number.
