It's important to set up prices for different occupancies to attract all kinds of travelers. If you want your rates to automatically change according to the room occupancy, activate a feature called derived pricing.
What is derived pricing?
Derived pricing is an easy way to set rates for rooms with multiple occupancy options.
Just create a standard rate for the base (or maximum occupancy) of a given room. Then you can set up rates for other occupancies, either by using specific prices or adding/subtracting a percentage/value from your base price.
That way you only have to set up your standard rate – and occupancy rates will be updated automatically.

To use this function, our Accommodation Services team first needs to modify your Extranet settings. You can reach them at the local support center number.
