We want to let you know that the technical issue that prevented access to our extranet and our website on Friday 25 May, was fully resolved by that same date.
The issue turned out to be quite complex and a combination of factors contributed towards this. We apologize for the long time you had to wait for an update from our side - we wanted to ensure that all errors are eliminated.
During the issue duration, some cancellations may not have been processed correctly. We have now ensured that has been addressed and that your inventory is updated.

We want to let you know that the technical issue that prevented access to our extranet and led to some issues on our website last Friday, has been resolved.
Our teams have identified those reservations were impacted between the start of the outage (13.05 CET, 25 May 2018) and the moment we resolved the issue (17.29 CET, 25 May 2018).
We are currently assessing the impact on reservations and will assist customers accordingly. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know.
We kindly request that you honor reservations received during the outage as much as possible. We’re extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding.
