To keep your data safe, get first-class support, and access the latest features on Pulse, update your device's operating system to these versions:
- Android 4.4 or higher (we recommend Android 9)
- iOS 10 or higher (we recommend iOS 12)
Why can't I use earlier versions of Android or iOS?
On January 8, 2019, we discontinued support for the Pulse app on devices using iOS 9. Starting April 10, 2019, we'll be doing the same for devices using Android 4.3 or lower.
These changes let us focus all our efforts and resources on the latest operating systems. That way we can continue to keep your data secure, offer the smoothest possible user experience, and provide the most innovative solutions to the challenges facing your business.
Can I still use the Pulse app if I don’t update my operating system?
Unfortunately, no. Since we continue to improve our app by adding new features that require systems with stronger security, you won't be able to update the app to the latest version unless you also update your device's operating system to the ones listed above.
