    Hi,

    Just had one myself. Sender seems legitimate so went through the process. It's a genuine email.

    Hi Guys,

    I would NOT do that. If someone logs into your property.. .then they can change prices etc.

    I'd phone Booking.com immediately. 

    It's a no from me.

    I'd follow Leandri's advice, and be vigilant in case it's a scam email.

    If in doubt, just call your Account Manager or even Customer Services and get them to re-send the email whilst you're still on the phone. Better to be safe than sorry.

    I would agree with Leandri and Asad - scammers will know that once inside your account they can harvest guests card details from your account... Bdc used to have two separate passwords one for the Extranet and another for card details, I always thought using just one was a mistake.... make it a lot easier if a scammer gets access.
