    I too have not received a code despite numerous messages.  There is no real help line.  You promise not to send us anywhere else, but at the moment I would like to be sent somewhere or be given a local number to call either here in Slovenia or in the UK.

     

    This is hopeless.

    Last step is remaining. The unique code which you say that you have sent me by email but I am still checking my emails and nothing! So please advise prior to complete my property registration!

    The code that is sent by post to verify my property's location was sent in April and has not been received.  And it will not easily reach me because we live on a farm and there is no official street address.  You will have to find another way to help us, otherwise we are not going to be able to list with you.  We have a postal address in our nearest town, and that will be the only way to get your code via postal service.  Property ID 3402996.  Please send it to Doornkraal, PO Box 14, De Rust, 6650.  South Africa.

    I received an email with the a 7-digit Property ID, but when i type it in the extranet I get the error prompt/wrong code notification. It says the code i need to encode is only 6-digits.

    Been trying to contact the Philippine partner support at +6329882040 (EN) / +6329882020 (TL) but the is only get the voice prompt "All circuits are busy now."  They don't have an email either because my intranet does not contain an inbox where i can create messages.

    Please help. I need my property to go live ASAP.

    Hi all
    I am owner of The Mirage-farmhouse. My property id is 3852585
    It has been six months I have not received address verification code. I have called booking. Com many times but no help. Please guide as I want my property to go online ASAP.looking forward for urgent support.

    I requested 5 times for the unique but it didnt reached to me. Now my property if temp not bookable. So disappointing!

This is a space to chat and advise with other Booking.com partners, and it sounds like your issue would be best resolved from one of the booking.com support teams. You can reach out to them via your Extranet Inbox tab and send your request or call your local BDC office.

    Have anyone in South Africa received their location confirmation code? It was sent more than a month ago but still nothing. Who do I call?
