Alternative ways to verify a Booking.com property address

Hello all not to sure how to verify my account as our address for all communication is different from our vacation/holiday home location
Hi there,
I'm super happy that you have started the exciting journey of placing your property on Booking.com.
You can mark that you are not At the property right under the verification box. But Take Note, if they verify the property in another way (such as video calls with someone at the property) then your property will be loaded with restrictions.
I recently only discovered that as our reservations department is also not on one of our properties and as such I had all the properties verified without me being there.

Hi Leandri, I have a similar problem. I've advised booking.com that postal deliveries are not available at my new property listing near Hermanus in the Western Cape, so had a video phone call all arranged with them when last I was there (they then didn't phone) and have left countless follow-up messages on my registration link with them. All I get is a standard response advising that it "has been referred to a specialist".
Very frustrating as said specialist is always AWOL.
The call centre agents are very friendly, but phoning them has proved a total waste of time.
I'm hoping that you (or anyone else reading this) has a direct contact with someone helpful at booking.com who can assist me.

I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles.
I luckily have a great account manager for our property in the Western Cape - Sedgefield, but even he took a few weeks before contacting me after I marked that I was not at the property. Once he did contact me though, he was at the property for a resort visit about a week later. I mentioned to him that when I phone the nr on my extranet, which is supposed to be his direct number (Inbox -> Booking.com messages, at the right), I seldom reach him. So he said I must phone the normal partner line and ask for a rep in the Western Cape.
I'm not sure where to find the Normal partner help line, but I suggest you do that?
Let us know how it goes, Booking.com likes any property "close" to Cape Town.
Oh, I just thought of another thing,
Ask for your account manager's direct email address! That works wonders.

Why does it take so long to get a code from booking.com????? Phone calls and emails have been done but no code yet. We keep getting the message that a code has been send but nothing was received.

Did you request a new code via the Extranet, on the home page "I have not received my code yet"
