Advice regarding new returing clients, is it possible to offer them a individualised price offering?

    As far as I know there is no direct way of doing it. But what you can do is ask the guest to let you know when they are returning and agree with them on a time when they will book and lower the price just before they book.

    We are all hosts like you and I offered my free time to try and give you a solution. Basic decency dictates at least a ' Thank you'.  I am writing what many other hosts have hinted at - we are saddened by the lack of gratitude shown by other hosts toward other hosts who apart from using our free time are also giving you our expertise without you paying for it. Don't dare ever complain about a bad review or an ungrateful guest if you do not uderstand the concepts yourself.

    Joey of course I agree with you about about basi decency. My first first guest I had he himself offered me the second time when coming again he would prefer to personally make his reservation and not through Booking

    There is another way of doing it, hassle free.

    Hi all,

    Normally when I see a return client (and that is IF I pick it up) I will phone Booking.com and ask them to disocount the price. Then I tell the client to email me directly next time. Even if they book through Booking.com, I can amend the price after the booking has been made.

    But no, unless they are Genius guests. Then they see a discounted rate already which I will not discount further.
