Bad service of booking.com partners

Wow I am still red from my last conversation with a partner in England.

He had the worst attitude and the way he presents his wording.

When I asked him to be transferred to someone else or a supervisor he just said NO!

He tells me that if he will transfer me to a supervisor that means he have lost the control of the conversation. ( ahh yes this is why I want to talk to someone else)

Also telling me you might want a lot of things but this will not happen ?!?!

I didn't get any help from him or any any understanding of what is going on.

EXTREMELY disappointed and so sad this will just go to a thin air.

As for now 20 min after the talk I still want to cancel everything and move with my life without having to do anything with booking.

Thumbs down big time

I do not recommend to talk to any partner

You mean, the customer support team, right?

Anyway, one rotten apple is not the whole company. You can always provide a feedback after every call because they send a form to complete, therefore you can complain there about this.

Writing here does not solve anything.

Hey Trznyc ,

Sorry to hear about your bad experience.

I have to agree with Zsolt though. Just because you got through to the wrong person is no reason to let something with potencially amazing outcomes for the future go to waste.

Like Zsolt said, write a review (I hope you took down the name of the person you spoke to). If the pop up for the review never appears, write a message to the team. Make sure it's on paper.

9 out of 10 times I phoned Booking.com has ended in me with a Massive smile on my face. I understand you get frustrated with that 1, and you have a right to be, but try try again!

Best of luck
