It's very difficult to say. The Payment by Booking.com programme is brand new and it's not available everywhere yet. So it depends on which country your property is in, how long it has been on Booking.com, how successful it's been on Booking.com...etc.
My suggestion is to send a message via the Extranet ( -> Inbox -> Booking.com messages ) and ask them if it is available in your country and whether or not your property qualifies.

I also let B.C handle my payments and am very happy with them. Yes, I have to wait for my money till the 15th of the next month but it works for me.
