Look up your competing hotels, at least on BDC. Compare prices, facilities, descriptions and general online attractiveness to your place. Adjust as necessary, most particularly photos.
Once you have determined who your most direct competitors are, load them up into your "competitive set" in Rate Intelligence and keep a track on what they're up to in order to keep yourself in order with market force. If you can offer something the others don't that would help.
