This site is incredibly difficult to use if you only have one property to rent, nearly every time i have had to make a reservation i have had to call for help, the site is designed for hotels and you need to check every piece of information they put on about your site and then write down what is wrong and phone them to change it as you cant. It is not like Home and Away or Airbnb but having said that I do get better bookings here, if you want to restrict sat to sat in the summer etc best you contact them and they will set it all up, They helped me a lot at first now I am more confident on the site. At first it was a nightmare! Now it's a lot easier.
The trick I find is dont sync your calendars like i did and screwed it all up, I keep a paper diary and write it all in that for safety and I use 3 booking agencies. At the beginning of the diary is the site name, House number login password and uk telephone number for each site, Trying to find a telephone number while stressed is very difficult, they dont want you to call and the worst is Airbnb
