Trouble with some Guests when you ask them "Did you enjoy your stay?",they say "yes"and then when they get home they give you a lousy review.It is a pity we can't review some of our customers! When a customer gives you 5 out of 10 it is usually either malicious or because they paid for the cheapest room and expected the Penthouse Suite!Despite the fact that previous customers staying in the same room have given you 10 out of 10.Also how is it that when a customer gives you 10 out of 10 you cannot make a reply like for instance "Thankyou for your lovely review,please come again"
