I've been doing my research and cannot find a solid answer to this question, and maybe that's because it does not exist.
I am located in a market where it is riskier to not collect a damage deposit or have a signed rental agreement on my apartments. The problem is that collecting + refunding these damage deposits and also keeping track of signed rental agreements with a ton of listings is not easily scaleable.
For damage deposits, I have to charge each guest, then within 3 days refund them if there was no damage done. This process is all manual. Booking.com doesn't handle damage deposits.
For rental agreements, I need to send it and keep track of guests who have not signed and scanned it back to me before their check-in date.
Is anyone in a similar situation? How are you solving this issue?
