Our property was closed for bookings after receiving a letter from Booking.com.
It was fraudulent reviews caused by our dishonest motel minder who has done it during our absence.
We should have not used guest review as one of criteria to evaluate her performance for the bonus purpose!
Now we learned her also impersonating as owner to reply Booking.com's warning letter and deleted it.
Therefore we admit that was our negligence of hiring skills. But we also urgently wish Booking.com can reopen our bookings. Thanks!
