I asked for the client to cancel the reservation, as the property would be under maintenance those days. I have sent many messages and still no answer. I need to cancel that reservation. What can I do?

Hello Roberto Silva! Thank you for posting in the Community! For urgent cases like this we would advise you to contact us directly via our costumer service channel. In order to so that, please go to the "Inbox' tab of your Extranet and then click "Booking.com messages". In the new landing page, you need to click on the option "Contact us" and then choose to compose a new message or call us to the phone number that you see listed there. If you choose to send us a message, please include the reservation number.
