Problem with maximum occupancy
On extranet, in property layout section I have put maximum occupancy of my apartment for 3 people, but every time somebody search on Booking.com it shows only maximum occupancy for 1 person.
How can I solve this problem? What do I need to change?
check that you set up the bedrooms correctly and defined both the type of bed in each room and the number of guests per room.
If still can't solve, ask your account manager to recheck backend system for you.

Here with, I want to inform you that our rooms have full already since December 10, 2018 until January 2, 2019. Please appologys me.

It can be changed in Calendar & Pricin section, bu changing 1 Guest and switching ON the selections for 2, 3, 4, 5 or more persons and adding some small amount on % or EUR to each of them. They will then be used on the site.
Please be aware that the update take up to 30 min.
