    Hi, please note this a forum of fellow hosts like yourself. You will need to contact BDC through your extranet or your local office by phone or even account manager if you have one.

    If you have been blocked due to late payment of invoices then it may take a while for accounts to clear the outstanding balance on your account (bare in mind they will wait until the money has completely cleared in their account, after transfer times etc.) and then inform sales to reopen your property to bookings.
