I've got a property that I've got set as accepting Cash only, because we don't have any EFTPOS or credit card machines.
I have questions about Booking.com's payment system.
For guests who stay with us, but cancel within 7 days of the check-in period, we're requesting a pre-payment and full fee of their stay for cancellation.
How exactly does this work when our property is set to be Cash only? Does Booking.com charge their Credit Card, and send us the money? Is it up to us to charge them? If it's up to us, there's no incentive for them to actually send any payments...
