How do I add an extra charge for extra guests please.

 HI I am new and just getting started with Booking.com.

I am trying to work out how to set up an extra charge for extra guests. I have tried to find an answer on here. Can any one please help me. We are looking to charge $25 extra per guest per night. So far I can only find out how to add a % for extra guests?  

 

Does any one know how to do this?  much appreciated.

Hi Flickys and welcome to the forum. In your Property tab scroll down to find "Children and extra beds" There you can add an extra bed.

I’m trying to find that out too. I’m new to it too. I put in the maximum guest is three as I have a sofa bed that can be used for a child. The rate then just allowed all three guests for the price. So I changed it to 2 people for the room but I can’t find anywhere on how to charge for a third person to use the sofa bed.

Dont charge for a sofa bed, that's just wrong and bad form. 

Stick to charging per room it's less drama and hassle.

Did you search in your Policies under Extra bed & cot options???

Hi Red Carpet Inn Orchard Park, welcome to the Community! Most likely if you aren't able to differenciate the price that means you have to set up a Rate Level Occupancy to the rate category you are selling. In order to do it, you will need to contact our customer service as they can perform the change on your behalf.
