    Great Topic.

    I am not sure how to do that within BDC system, but

    Since I have a channel manager ( they are putting together all the different OTA's and calendars) for one unit  (in your case they could for more than one unit)  they arranged in their system money to be added or taken off of the total amount. I can even write down what it is for. If you are GST registered you could add that, and all is visible and clear. 

    This is super handy, say you would like to give a discount for whatever reason, or you have extra cost for anything, you just add it to the total. 

    A disadvantage is: payment has to be on the spot. 

    If your system allows for payment at time of booking then it must be clear what guests are paying for. Your request is a great idea. BDC may have it already but haven't seen it.
