Payment from Booking.com

We have not received any payment from booking.com. Our guests just pays directly to booking but until now we haven't received any. The payment was from September up to January. It's very frustrating.

Sorry to hear about your struggles. I've seen similar posts on the forum. Perhaps check if there isn't maybe a technical issue by searching for the posts here on the Forum. Or perhaps you need to phone a friend at Booking.com and ask them what is going on? I would be very worried if you haven't seen an income from Booking.com since September if I were you....

Hi -Monteluce-Mondavi-812 and welcome to the forum. Double check your Bank details and that you have given correct IBAN no. Booking .com pays me on time.

Contact them and ask. And double check the payment details too.
