Hi, I'm now starting my 2nd season using booking.com and i've came across 4 double bookings this week alone that's involved 2 calls to booking.com to find alternative accommodation. I then noticed my calendar hadn't refreshed for over a week so I called them back and i've been told refreshing of the calendar needs to be done manually is this correct? if so why didn't I do this last year? I was also told to refresh 4 times a day. Can anyone tell me if this is all true and I was just lucky with the hundreds of bookings I had with Airbnb and booking.com that none landed on the same dates.
I did try and ask to speak to someone else but was told that was it and eventually hung up on.
