How can I take money from customers cancel booking on checkin date ?
2 customers canceled booking on checkin date and I don’t know how to use policy of booking because my propety take cash, no have credit card infomation !

Thank you for your answer, today 1 customer booked then not come too. I marked no show. But I even can not find any local BDC office number to support me :(

But I don’t see any form to fill information of my bank account :(. That why I mark on pay by cash then be joke many time.
In your Extranet go to Finance tab there scroll down to find Bank details. You can add your bank details needed.
Is your country liable for booking.com to handle payments for you???
I received money from all other webside instead of BDC. And I never receive any from Booking because I always be like that when I start. No one come, only book :(
I find all like you said but only have:” You don’t have any propety which are booking.com support payment “
Unfortunately, as I understand your country is not liable.
