I`m also surprised by the fact, that FB ads can do the work, as I tried locations, not near by the property, but from locations, that having one night stand in our accommodation can make sense.
Also combining with direct booking discount code, but there were 0 bookings. Not sure, if it could have been changed, if I`ll put much more on FB advertising, but so far Booking is having best ratio for sold nights / money spent on advertising.
