Different automated messages for different property layouts?

Hi,

I have a few apartments in the building, each with its own unique lockbox for key exchange for after-hours check-in.

I've set up message templates and scheduled them to automatically send to each new booking.

However, I can't send different templates to different property layouts.

Is there a solution within booking.com, or a free alternative service that someone can recommend that can help?

Hello, just discovered this forum. I got off the phone with someone at Bookings and they said there is no way to create different template messages and have them separated by unit. I have one listing separated with three different areas.

 

The suggestion: create templates without schedules times and send them out manually.

 

This is another reason why I like AirBnB better than this platform, however where our property is Booking seems to be more popular....
