    Hi there,

    Thanks for asking, I'm sorry to hear that. 

    All I can pick up in regards to Closing your property on Booking.com, or deleting it, is that you can't. You will need to go and close all your availability via the Extranet. Make it unavailable until the end of time. 

    Perhaps you can send Booking.com a message/phone them to ask if it is possible otherwise? We'd also then appreciate some feedback as this is a question that we get quite often.

    I’m in the same situation and I have called to asked to be removed from and close my account. This is in process and I also have to follow up in writing, which I have via ‘inbow’

    Send a msg through the inbox on your extranet site and it will be removed and the cancellation team will contact you to finalise it.

    So you send it via your extranet and someone contacts you? Sorry to ask but because it's a question we get so often here on the forum, do you mind maybe keeping us up to date on the info?

    Like how long does it take, must you sign things etc?

    I sent my request to be removed on the extranet after a brief phone call and it has take about four weeks, but now it has been done.
