Annoying login again and again

Does somebody now how to avoid you have to login on booking again and again every time you change a page?

Also it is quiet annoying that when you want to respond on an email your extranet page will appear in the guest's language .

Hey Roy ,

I've experienced the same.

Try using Google Chrome instead of a normal browser.
Make sure you select Remember me when you log in.

I found that that worked for me. But perhaps Marco can help shed some more technical light.

Clear your cache, there is something lurking in there causing a security issue that needs to be gone.

When responding to a guest email DO NOT use the link. Instead copy the reservation number from the incoming mail, login to extranet normally and paste in the booking number to the search box therein. You will need to delete (backspace) over the last number before the search will function ans in your own language.

I used to have problems with logging in but not anymore. Follow the suggestions Leandri and fluff and you will solve your problem with logging in.

For anybody still experiencing this issue. Fluff's solution worked for me. It seems to be an issue with the link they send you in the "new booking" emails etc.

The booking.com site for managing properties is so unstable. 

I've experienced

  • Constant sign-outs and requests to sign back in again
  • Dozens of failures to upload and save images
  • Repeated failures to save image tags
  • Repeated failures to save calendar bookings, rates
  • Repeated failures to sync calendars
  • It keeps telling me I've missed details on my listing with Red Notifications, but when loading pages, there is nothing left to update. 

Our listing is on multiple accommodation websites and this is by far the worst. The constant sign-out is just so frustrating. 

None of the above suggestions have fixed any of this ^

Update - I actually can't get our property listed. It signs me out each time I try to do anything, and then I get stuck on the sign-in page, going around in a loop, submitting the sign-in, but not actually getting back to my property management page. Shocking.

same here, seems like the cookies expire already after a couple of hours. Especially annoying, when you have to verify with pin code or sms.

Same here, very annoying, we manage multiple properties, each in their own chrome window so should not interfere with one another, but you have to sign in every time there's a little change, and sometimes even with the sign in code sent to mobile. It's such a waste of time! Booking.com please fix this!
