Extra Payments

Booking.com constantly nagged me into having my guests pay at the time they booked, through them. So I did that. Now they have advised that they are going to charge me for that, ON TOP of the whopping 15% they already get from me. This month I am still waiting (15th) for the payments due to me. This is a hopeless way to penalise small businesses. We cannot operate like this. I will be looking elsewhere as a result.

Hi! Lauderfrost sorry to hear about your financial problems. My account is always credited on time and I have no problems. Yes I agree commission is too high but their service is excellent.
