We feel honored to be presented with this achievement and having one of the highest review scores on Booking.com. We would like to give booking.com a warm thank you. We will be diligent throughout 2019 to assure that all of our guests have the best stay possible
but please note that we have won an award of booking review in 2017 but we didn't receive the package in march 2018 , so please confirm, if can we receive the packages together , 2018 and 2017 and please clarify how the awards will be delivered to our hotel .

Unfortunately, the 2017 awards are no longer available. To download your 2018 digital award, enter your partner ID on this site. Your physical award and letter will be coming to your postal address in the coming weeks.

I think the digital awards are great but still want to receive the perspex version like we did in the past as we are displaying them on our wall but now to have printed ones looks cheap. We are paying one hell of a lot of commission and the cost of the physical award was obviously covered by that in prior years. Booking.com you disappoint us and take all our money.

Have you issued the Booking.com Review Award 2019? How can we know that we achieve one as we scored over 8.0 on a yearly basis? We come from MerPerle Hon Tam Resort on an Island in Nha Trang Coastal City.
