Reservations not appearing in Extranet or Pulse

    It sounds like your issue would be best resolved from one of the booking.com support teams. You can reach out to them via your Extranet Inbox tab and send your request, or you can call your local BDC office.

    That's just it......the messaging system in extranet/pulse doesn't let you send messages unless you specify a topic/reference etc. As such I have no reference and so I can never send a message about an issue which is not generic.

    Also, I tried calling my contact in Sicily. I was left waiting on the phone for ages and then gave up.

    Contacting booking.com with a specific issue is pretty hard. It's all automated, which doesn't leave room for anything unusual to report.

    All this you are describing is very awkward. Even if a reservation is canceled you get a message but reservation doesn’t disappear it remains in reservations as cancelled. Try calling your local office maybe different hours when lines are not so busy. Maybe early in the morning.
    Hope you solve your issue very soon.
